Returns Policy

Under the UK Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of our products within a period of 7 working days after your order has been received.
When returning any goods please contact us on 01200 444371 or email interiors@theemporiumclitheroe.co.uk, stating your reason. We will issue a returns number and inform you  what to do next.
You will be responsible for making sure the product is kept in the original condition you received it in, well packed and insured during transit on its return to us. We recommend you use a recorded delivery service for your protection. Please note that you will be reponsbile for the cost of returning the products to us. When we have received the product with a valid  validva greturns number we will refund the cost of the product purchased, but we will not be liable for any of the carriage costs.
Please note we cannot accept any returns without a valid returns number.


Damaged/Faulty Goods

Faulty goods may be returned for a replacement or refund if within their warranty period. In the unlikely event that your product has been damaged in transit please contact us by 3pm the next day. Please keep all of the packaging for inspection by the courier. If these steps are followed we will replace your damaged item as soon as possible.
If the item is found to be faulty we will refund the cost of Postage up to £7. Please contact us on 01200 444371 and we will issue a returns number. Please make sure this number is sent with the returned product. Once authorisation has been given and your product has been received we will either replace or refund you as soon as possible. We cannot accept returns without a valid returns number, therefore no replacement or refund will be given.

Cancelling an Order

If you wish to cancel an order please email us at interiors@theemporiumclitheroe.co.uk, clearly stating who you are and the item you wish to cancel. Please note we cannot cancel an order once it has been dispatched.
