Returns Details

In the unlikley event you are not happy with your purchse please return it within 7 Days 
The goods must be back with us by the 7th day
The returns period starts from the day delivery was attempted.
You are responsible for covering the cost of the return if unhappy with the goods 
Exchanges are also available but postage still applies 
Earrings Cannot be returned for Hygiene Reasons 
Should your delivery arrive damaged or faulty please advise us of this the on the delivery day by telephone on 01665 606993 & we can advise you what to do with your item
Your statutory rights are not affected.
